6 mo Visit to Doctor

Hi all... thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.... So the doctors visit went well... They were laughing at me dancing on the scales when they told me I had lost 100 lbs since surgery!!!!!!!! YES!!!!! I made it. We also set my final goal weight. Of course his goal weight for me is 175 but he was ok with me setting mine at 149 which would put me in a normal bmi, well the high end of the normal but I am ok with that!!!!!! Thanks again for all yalls encouragement... SO I have set my new year out goal..... 60 more lbs by December 16 which is my next appointment. So I am sure that I will need much more incouragement... Once again thank yall!!!

Wonderful!!!! After 100 pounds - 60 pounds will be a breeze - you'll get through those pounds in no time... and then you'll be dancing and giggling in the office AT GOAL!!! Congrats sweetie, Laura
