Thank Goodness I am not alone!!! I was beginnging to think I was an oddity! I was 305 and finally started seeing my way to the century club! I hit 109 and was so excited. Then yesterday I got on the scale and I was at 111. What's up with that! I have been walking so much more now. I had hernia repair 3 weeks ago and it put me back big time. I can't do any exercising for 5 more weeks. All I can do is walk. I am not eating as much as before because now I am out more sitting by the pool watching the kids play and going to the zoo. I drink all day while I am out. I do not know why I am stuck at this spot but I will get there. I am confident! Kkep up the good work- and know that you are not alone! your sister in wls Chandi 305/211/?

Hey Brenda, I know how it feels to be at a stand still. What we do is give the scale more power than it deserves. We can't let a number tell us who we are. There are so many things that could make you seem like your not losing weight. Here are some examples 1. You are close or just finish having a visit from your monthly friend. 2. You ate or drank something before you were weighed 3. Your scale is not calibrated 4. You can be retaining water due to salt intake I hope the numbers start to move soon for you, Your surgery Sister, Annette
