Caloric intake
I know I can eat more of certain foods now and sometimes I get worried. But there are some foods that I cannot eat a lot of, like meats. Plus it seems I have more of an appetite. But even on the days I know I've had more food, when I count the calories it is still in the 1100 or 1200 range. You can definitely still lose weight at that intake.
I'm down 75lbs from surgery on 12/14. Have 60 lbs to go for my personal goal.

My nutritionist has had me on 1200 calories/day since about month two. She told me to stay there until I was one year out then call her. I've not had any problem eating since day one. I just have to watch very carefully what I eat. I eat pure protein first, veg, then fruit. The lean meat keeps me full longer. Then I'm not aloud to eat anything again until I have consumed 40 oz of water. That keeps me full until the next mealtime. I basically cut out all snacks and only eat my three meals a day. Every once in a while I will have a snack. But I noticed that I was snacking a lot so I've tried to cut them out altogether because it is a trigger for me. Hope this helps.
