Hey JIm sounds like everyone is doing great. I am also having great results as well, As of this morning I am at 364lbs. I started at 503 ..thats 140lbs gone and I am feeling excellent.May god bless us all ...Ron in Arizona..

I am so excited I have finally hit 100lbs its seemed like forever I was stuck at 97lbs and all of a sudden I lost 3lbs. I dont count it unless its 3 days in a row and today is the third day and it still says 211 so now I have finally reached my first huge goal and the next one is to be under 200. YYYYeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyy. But a question to everyone out there in your heads do you still feel as heavy as you did before the surgery I mean headwise. I mean I do get around better and feel 100 percent better but it just seems unfathomable that I have finally lost a lot of weight and when I say look at a shirt Ill say to myself that it wont fit me and I try it on and it does it kinda freaks me out a little (in a good way) Do you think that this part will ever go away. Does anyone else ever feel this way. Thanks Peg

Hello peg and all, this is quite funny i was talking to my sister and I told her the other day that I have lost 90 pds but I don't feal small? she said I would never feal small but All I do know is that I am so very happy and that If I died tomorrow I would of done this again in a heart beat, I have never been happier then I am right now, I really do wish that people could see how this can change your life in so many ways! when I am out and I see peopl who are over weight i just wANT TO GO UP TO THEM AND TELL THEM! but iam afraid of how they would react? Hey James, Glad to hear about your two pounds. Me and my daughter went to DC this weekend and walked our butts off. I had lost two pounds earlier this week and hoped for a couple of more, but I'll take the one additional that I did. that's a total of a three pound loss this week. Candy 266/185/1?? -81

Hi Gang, Even though I'm a newbie to this board, I am a December baby like all of you. I would like to join the Sunday weigh-in club. I have lost 119 lbs. since 12/27/2004. I've gone from 363 to 244. I am ecstatic, but have plataued (sp) for the last 3 weeks. I don't know what's up. Anyway...like you Jim I am not giving in to the head games..and boy are they in there right now. Larry
