Hey Gang,
I haven't been able to do my usual exercises of Nordic Track and walking for the past 2 weeks. I found out yesterday I have a dropped 2nd metatarsal (foot bone). The treatment?---no wt. bearing exercises and wearing a cast boot for at least the next 6 weeks. I've been feeding the foot pain and low mood with the wrong types of foods. The pool opens on Memorial Day. I hope that having a new exercise outlet will help me get a fresh start, purge the house of all of the bad foods, and get back on track.
