Hey Gang, I haven't been able to do my usual exercises of Nordic Track and walking for the past 2 weeks. I found out yesterday I have a dropped 2nd metatarsal (foot bone). The treatment?---no wt. bearing exercises and wearing a cast boot for at least the next 6 weeks. I've been feeding the foot pain and low mood with the wrong types of foods. The pool opens on Memorial Day. I hope that having a new exercise outlet will help me get a fresh start, purge the house of all of the bad foods, and get back on track. Hang in there and have a great holiday weekend. -Angie 302/214

Angie, I do water aeorbics at least twice a week(My only form of excerise) and you will really be able to notice a change. 1 hour in the water = 2 hour on dry land excerise. You will love it! It really shows inches loss. Deana
