Hi Ron, You look awesome in your updated profile pics. I know I have been very lax to say the least at visiting the site, but I have been so busy with the end of the semester. I eat chicken all kinds of ways, fish broiled, crab legs (so yummy), some red meat in stew or tender meat, meatloaf, meatballs if I make gravy (tomato sauce for you Americans ha ha!), chili, cheeses, salads, veggies, all fruits so far, nuts, protein bars (myloplex lite my favorite). I drink mostly water or unsweetened decaf tea with lemon or Splenda. I have tried all kinds of no sugar added things. My treats are sugar free Hershey Dark Chocolate 1 square, sugar free ice pops, nuts, dried craisins, white raisins, etc. I have a problem with sugar, so I eat like a diabetic in a way. I do not eat bread, rice or pasta, but will eat breaded foods. I feel really great and am so thankful. I am 25 pounds from goal down 79 total. I am wearing a size 8, so I will never complain. I am very short, so to be truly healthy I must be around 123 to be considered "healthy" and not slightly overweight. I thank God and all of you for getting me through this.
