Hi what is everyone eating these days? Once you all post what you are eating I am going to compare it with what IM eating and see if it looks the same,,this should be interesting..so please post some of the foods you are eating or even better ,A sample of what you eat in a day..Thanks..EVERYONE LOOKS GREAT!!!!

Here is an average day for me....
B - 1/2 flaxseed bagel with 1 tablespoon peanut butter or 1 pack instant oatmeal with 2 tablespoons dry skim milk powder.
S - Fruit - fresh - 1 cup chopped
L - Soup or Chili or 1/2 flaxseed bagel with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
S - Cottage cheese or string cheese or yogurt or 12-15 almonds or protein bar (Pria 154 calories, 7.5 grams protein)
D - 4 oz chicken / fish or beef with 1 cup chopped cooked fresh vegetables. (asparagus, broccolli, carrots, peas, beans, etc) A small potato or two tablespoons of rice on rare occassions.
S - S/F popsicle ****assionally, not every day)
I think I eat too much. I get about 1000 - 1200 calories most days. My weight loss is only 1-2 pounds per week. I am considering reducing one meal back to a protein shake.

Nice new picture. Here's my typical day - usually about 1000 calories.
B: Chocolate unjury mixed in 16 oz of choc carb countdown
L: Salad with chicken salad and ff raspberry vinigarette dressing. Sometimes just 4 oz of lowfat cottage cheese - depends.
D: Some grilled or broiled meat, fresh vegetable, and a little fruit.
If I need a snack I'll throw in a power crunch bar or snack on some cheese. If I don't get in enough protein for the day I'll throw in a half serving of protein right before bed.

Okay confession time....
Since I wake up thinking about nuts, I usually have a handful (generous man hand portion handful...so I think too much).
Breakfast - Egg beaters w/ham, 1/2 slice of bacon, cheese, and these bread/toast thingies that have 40 calories total. So my total with all this is 150-170.
Snack - I've been trying to lay off the nuts, so fresh fruit.
Lunch - Chicken & salad, or chicken & beans. Occassionally pork or red meat.
Dinner - Chicken & Salad, or chicken & beans. Occassionally pork or red meat.
I've been doing awful with water lately. I can't stomach the way vegetables taste, so I don't have any.
I've been getting in about 900 calories/day.
Any feedback is appreciated please.

Great new pic, wish they would get mine up but I am still waiting. I sent it about 3 weeks ago and then I sent them a follow up e-mail and still have not heard anything. Go figure, with all the things that are going on here with all the message pulling going on who knows what's going on. Anyway did you get the e-mail I sent you concerning your trip to Ga.? They may have pulled it too Anyway on to your question, I am afraid that I am not as disiciplined as some are so here is my typical day.
B- 3 egg beaters with 4 slices of turkey or ham or 2 silces of bacon.(now before you start flaming me the turkey or ham is used to make an omlette) and a piece of toast with butter and jelly made with splenda. Also I only eat part of this and take the rest of it to work with me for a mid morning snack. About 260 calories for B&S
L- 3 oz. BBQ Salmon with 1/2 cup Cooked cabbage About 250 calories.
A/S- 1 cup strawberries sweetened with splenda, About 45 Calories.
D- 3ozs of Mahi mahi with 1/2 cup garden pea salad, about 150 calories
N/S Protein Shake, about 170 calories
Bedtime 8ozs Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk 100 calories.
This all comes up to around a 1000 calories a day.
Sometimes I eat some other things that will run it on up to 1100 or 1200 calories a day. I also try to drink at least 80 ozs. of water a day which I still use Wal/Mart's brand of crystal lite packs of on the go so I can get all that fluid in.

Anywho, my typical day looks a bit like this.
Morning-Drink 16oz. Decaff. Coffee
Drink another 8oz. of Crystal Light Ice Tea
Exercise (Another 8oz. Ice Tea)
Breakfast- 10oz. Matrix Vanilla Protein Shake (about 44grams of Protein)
Drink another 16oz. Ice Tea
Lunch- 3-4oz Grilled, sauteed or boiled Chicken breast and lots of hot salsa! about 12-15 grams of Protein
Another 16oz of Ice Tea
Dinner- A whole Lean Cuisine (Low Carb Kind) 15grams of Protein
Another 8-16oz of Ice Tea...
If at any momment i'm hungry or get the urge to eat.. I "Snack" on Cheese STicks or few pretzels.

S- Q SMART SOY CHEESE CHIPS... (SO GOOD) HIGH IN PROTEIN
AND JUST BEFORE BED I HAVE ANOTHER LOW CARB MILK TO TAKE MY
NIGHT PILLS WITH.
I USUALLY AVERAGE ABOUT 800 CALORIES A DAY WITH 70 TO 80 PROTIEN AND CARBS I TRY TO KEEP BELOW 50
