I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!
Just when I thought the scale wasn't going to move anymore! I posted a few days ago about being "stuck" at 179 for nine days. Well, the very next day it started moving, and I've lost 4 pounds since then!
I'm down to 175 !! 
I am GOING TO get to my surgeon's goal of 137! Go me! Go me!
