Hey Girls, Well today I did something that I've been needing to do for awhile but just kept putting it off, I went bra shopping. I have always hated shopping for clothes and especially for bras but my husband and I watched the Oprah show this last week about how to find your correct size and he helped me get measured correctly today and I went and found a bra that I love. I thought for sure that we had done it wrong because of the cup size that it was saying that I was, get this I've gone from a 44DD before surgery and I'm not even sure that was right my bra at the time was tight to a 40 B, oh my good golly I couldn't believe it really fit me. I don't ever remember being a B cup but I am now and it feels great and having a bra that fits me right actually is making me look slimmer which is a good thing. So ladies this is something that we need to get figured out, it makes a huge difference and it's really worth it. I hope everyone is doing well and having a great weekend, I sure am. Take care, Loni -78 lbs.

I'm putting it off too. I didn't get to see the Oprah show, can you tell me the proper way to measure? Maybe I'll have some courage to go shopping real soon. Congratulations on the weight loss, girl. Keep it up! Love, Karen -78 lbs

Fitting guide When taking your measurements, wear a lingerie bra that fits you well. 1) Measure very snugly around your rib cage, just underneath your breasts. It should feel tight. Be sure the tape measure lies straight all the way around. Add 5" to your rib cage measurement, then round to the nearest even number. The result is your bra size or band measurement. 2) Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure straight all the way around your body. Round to the nearest whole number. 3) Subtract your bra size (band measurement) in step 1 from the bust measurement in step 2. The difference between the two determines your cup size

Donna, How do you know what the final number represents in cup sizes? Mine -- 31.5 (add the 5) = 36.5 - 36 = .5 When I was fitted last week for a bra at Victoria's Secret they said I wore a 36A. It fits great... but was just wondering if that is how this measurement came out too. Hugs, Kathy 242/175/120

I went last week but the store only had one style of 46C and I did not like it I guess I'll work it from the Lane Bryant as my bra is starting to fall off me now. I have the front clasps and they keep coming lose. Donna 338/224 -114
