Hello everyone!!!

Please, someone help me!! I found some wondeful cereal at the store by Post Cereal called Carb Well. It has 11 grams of protein and only 9 grams of carbs in 3/4 cup!! I was thinking...I wonder if I could mix this somehow with some peanut butter, oatmeal and some other goodies and make my own protein bars??? I could add some protein powder. Can someone suggest what I could use that would hold this concoction together?? Mabye drizzle a little sugarfree chocolate over it and WAH-LAH!! Protein bars are expensive and if I could find some way of doing this..it would be wonderful. Plus, if you have any recipes for protein bars that you have tried and like, I would love to have the recipe!! Please email me at if you have any suggestions or recipes that you would like to share!!!!
Thanks!!!
