i'm home again!

Hello Everybody! I am home now. I went in on Wednesday for hernia repair. My Dr. called it a 4 by 4. It was 4 inches long, 4 inches wide and weighed about 4 pounds. The good news is that I hit 90 pounds! lol! Well, after a 4 night stay in the hospital, i am home. it was very painful at first. I wasn't expecting that. I had open rny so I didn't think it would be as painful. I had a lot of pain those few days in the hospital. But the pain was different.The funny thing is , My dr. cut out the old scar and made a new one. Now it is half the size and much thinner. and it hasn't even healed yet. That is exciting! I wish he could have tucked while I was under but he doesn't do that. Besides I am not far enough down to do that yet. I am healing faster and hopefully, although I can not waitress for another 8 weeks, maybe I can enjoy the beginning of the summer with my kids and beach it! SHOW OFF THE NEW ME!!
