People Fern

People fern on the WLS? 1 of the reasons I dont tell them that I have it done. Am I worry in not telling them??? Brenda 232/178/140

I'd never heard the term "fern" before used as "being against" something. Is that what you mean? Just curious. Barb

Hey Brenda You know to be honest, I didn't tell anyone because its' none of their business. Many people shout from the top of their rooftops. Good for them, but I chose not to tell anyone but TWO people. Those people will take it to their graves because it's my dad and brother. I do know that some people talk S**T about people who have wls. Saying they take "the easy way out". But that's their opinion. I wouldn't worry about this. It's actually one of the least worries, if they ask you and you don't want to share, say you had gallbladder surgery. Your doing great on your weightloss. Ok Brenda, thanks for the big smile and my emagination was working way overtime untill I read your next post! I too could not figure out what the heck a people fern was? I pictured actuall ferns lurked on this board.....hiding in the who knows what or where!!! When I read your next one I was releived..... You've heard about depressed or unhappy people trying to make everyone else that way.....Brenda don't let other people do it to you....Look at your progress.... you're doing spectacuar!! Your shining now and some people can't handle that, just smile and walk away. So far I've only had good feedback and I'm one that tells the world!! Even my evil sister-in-law has been supportive!!(who knew?) Have a wonderful, happy day..... Judy
