Where are my fellow 13er's???
I know I am late with my 5 month update, , but I made it to the Dr. today to weigh-in and yes, I am down 98 pounds!
I am so excited! My goal was 100 at 6-months! I better not have any problems with meeting that goal!
I have updated my profile and picture trail if you are interested in taking a peek!
Come on fellow 13ers? How are you doing? Come out of !
I am not a 13'er either but I wanted to congratulate you for a job well done you are definitely doing your thing. You are surely working your wls tool. I had my 5 month anniversary yesterday and I am down 73lbs. I am currently wearing size 14 in misses sizes and L tops. I am hoping to hit the century mark in a couple of months.
You will hit the century mark soon, keep up with what you are doing.

My surgery was the day after...on the 14th. My sincere congratulations to all of you on your weight losses! I know exactly how you are all feeling, as I am continually amazed at how the pounds are disappearing. Although, I do have to say I get discouraged now and then with the infernal "stops" and "starts!" Anyone else have this problem? By my calculations, I should have lost 100 pounds by now...but I am only down 72 as of this morning. It is like I will lose steadily, then stop...then start losing again, then stop! Maddening!
I have never really gotten off the full liquid diet. About three months ago, I was supposed to be able to move to solid foods, but each time I tried, I would get sick. After many weeks, I was able to finally get an appointment with a gastroenterologist, had an endoscopy, and was found to have a stricture. The doctor said he could not stretch it entirely in one procedure, so I am scheduled for another one on June 6th. STILL not able to eat solids. I am wondering now if I will be too paranoid to try, some day.
It's good to hear so many success stories from you guys!
God bless you!
