Kidney Stones...Emergancy Surgery

Well on Wednesday I had to have emergancy surgery for the removal of a kidney stone...nobody would listen to me but after 2 er visits and 1 doc appt they finally did a cat scan and guess what i had one. its the worst pain i have ever experienced they equate it with labor....im not having kids...jk...boy oh boy It took them 6 days to listen to me and 6 days of me not eating or drinking because i kept barfing everything up and if i didnt have anything in my pouchy i barfed up white foam...Anyways on wednesday I had emergancy surgery to remove it and now i have a stent in which has to be removed in 2 weeks...Im so pissed because i havent been able to exercise or keep my vitamins down and taking all the pain meds stopped my bowels ugh!!! I never knew at the age of 20 I would be so concerened with my bowels!!lol Anyways surgery went good having trouble getting all my fluids in though which i need so i dont have bloody urine. Anyways I guess im just sharing my experience and how do i hate when docs to listen!!! My back is killing me not sure from what since Im on low-moderate activity not suppose to overdue it if I keep having blood in my urine. Im doing pretty good in the weight lose dept. I only weigh at docs or wls center....so once in awhile so i dont know if i have any platues. but i got weighed tuesday at docs and i was 322 I dont look like ive lost almost 100lbs to me and people at school said i hadnt either behind my back....%$^&**....sorry I guess there is no point to this post just venting anyways have a great rest of the weekend!!! Sorry to hear you had to go through such an awful ordeal. I'm happy that they finally did something for you. I learned that you have to SCREAM to get these ER's and Doctors attention sometimes. Donna
