The only way I know to increase Protein is to choose wisely and of course that may up your calorie intake. As long as you are losing and doing what your doctor and nutritionist says you should be OK.
I'm at 204 this morning again and I bet at 201 you will break free of the 200's before me. Best of luck to us both.
