I promise Im not whining this time
All right Jamie, I knew that you would conquer those pounds. You are doing wonderfully.......don't let the head games take over women. Believe in yourself and that you are doing everything possible to have a new healtier, more fantastic life.
Your man is coming home soon and he will delight in you NO MATTER WHAT, he will be glad he is alive and coming home to you, his wife and lover. You have given him a gift just being there for him, supporting him while he was serving the United States as a military person. I remember when my husband came home from Viet Nam 35 years ago. I remember the day, the smells, the sun shine, the excitment at seeing him come off the plane. I wanted to look Luscious for him. I was 21 years old, I wore a yellow size 12 dress. I looked wonderful, I felt wonderful, the man I loved was coming home, safe, in one piece after 365 days of combat, killing, war at its worst.
You women are doing so much to be the best you can be. You have lost a lot of weight and you will continue to reach you goal and be successful. Don't set yourself up for mind games and failure. Don't set the bar so high that you can't reach it. Small steps, steady progress, each day will be better than the last. I know you, we of the December 2004 crew can conquer our demons and grab the gold ring of life, healthy, happy, and smaller in size, bigger in heart and mind.
Love, Monica
