For me increasing my calories and protein started me on a losing streak the past 4 weeks.
Make sure you exercise everyday, which I bet you are already doing. I get an hour or two of exercise in 7 days a week.
Maybe call or email your nutritionist. That is who told me to increase my calories and protein. She told me that with the calories I'm burning through exercise that I was not getting enough calories and that my body was reacting to that. I take in about 1100-1400 calories a day and I shoot for 100 grams of protein a day.

Hi Ron and Everyone,
Yes I do thank God for this 2nd chance to take care of the body he gave me. I nearly recked it with food the first time around. But thanks to God I now get a 2nd chance to have a healthy body, mind and soul.
I also thank God for the knowledge he allowed the surgeons to have.
I also thank God that I am no longer consumed with fear of dieing young, with a heart attack like my father and his mother did.

Hi Ron,
Not a day goes by that I don't wake up or go to sleep without a thank you to God for all of his blessings. We should remember that sometimes "unanswered prayers" are actually blessings in disguise!
Sorry, I haven't been here in awhile. I just got done with finals and term papers and now-----I can exhale!
