How much protein per day do you intake: 32g shake, 35-40g food = 70g
How much water do you drink per day: at least 96 ozs.
How many meals per day do you eat: 2-3 and usually 2 fresh fruit snacks or fresh veggies
How much exercise per week: 30 min (home) 3-4 days week
How much weight have you lost so far: -87
I have been on a stall for about 3 weeks very depressing. I keep looking for the magic trick to make it start again. I have gone from a size 28 down to a size 14. I'm so excited life is great.
Ok lets seee....
Protein- I am really not sure I would guess 30-40 g per day in food....
Water- 60-100 oz
Meals per day- 3 every once in a while a morning or afternoon snack
Exercise: 11/2 mile every morning, 30 min swimming 3 times a week, 30-90 minutes in gym 3-5 times a week.
weight loss: -88lbs as of last friday.
