I hope you aren't really drinking 50-75 liters of water daily. You'd probably be dead. Maybe 50-75 ounces? Or ml? Sue O.

Hi Vera-- I may sound like a total airhead, but I stopped keeping count this month. I'm trying to make this a lifestyle and I just try to keep up the pace I had a couple months back with protein and water. I'm exercising about an hour 3 times a week. I had to chill out and make this a habit instead of a count. I'm down 78 pounds as of last Friday. I quit weighing as often, but had to be weighed at my PCP appt. on Friday. I guess I need to do better with my accuracy. Cheri
