Hey Vera! Way to go girl!! I definately know you can get rid of those 3lbs in two weeks!!! I have set a mini goal of 100lbs loss by June 1 but I dont think im gonna make it Im trying to kick this plateau(?) to the curb. Great going there sweet Vera. As always you are doing so fine. I am now at 250lbs and I am stuck there, oh well. I am loving my life, feeling so good, following the rules and taking care of ME. Keep well, Monica I am going to the NJ convention for the east coast ObesityHelp party. I am driving down with my WLS friend Maryann Long. Many of the OFF members are going and we are planning a huge jammie party. Wish you could come, wish all the December crew could be there.
