It is only my opinion. I don't profess to be an expert. I would not recommend a liquid diet at 4+ months out. I believe in training my body to accept, and to metabolize, a reasonable amount of calories. I don't want to yo-yo diet anymore. Fasting or liquid dieting, may result in the same metabolic efficiency that kept me from being able to lose weight conventionally. I consume 1000-1200 calories per day. Do daily exercise and I eat according to the menu plan that I was provided with, by my surgeon. Karen G 294 / 222 / ???

JAMIE... IF YOU ARE DOING ALL THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO... THEN YOU NEED TO STAY OFF THE SCALE AND JUST DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO.... AND SOONER OR LATER IT WILL START MOVING AGAIN... I KNOW I WAS THERE... MANY OF US HAVE SAID THE SAME THINGS IN MANY DIFFERENT THREADS... AND IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH US MAYBE YOU COULD CALL YOUR DR. AN ASK HIM WHAT HE SUGGESTS TO BREAK A PLATO... I DON'T MEAN TO SOUND HARD BUT YOU NEED TO STOP YOUR SELF FROM GETTING SO DOWN... YOUR EMOTIONS WILL PLAY HAVIC WITH YOUR WEIGHT BECUASE YOU MIGHT START GRAZING AND NOT REALIZE THAT YOU ARE... YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL TOOL..... USE IT WISELY AND LET IT DO THE WORK IT NEEDS TO DO... BONBON
