Dee, I am having a bad day, eating wise I mean. It's only 2:15 and I just figured out I've eaten 700 cal. I usually don't pay much att. to calories but added them up today. I got the wrong isopure from gnc. It usually has 160 cal. and 40 gr. protene. This one (which is going back) has 260 cal. and I drank a cup of Hood, choc. drink and had a light yogurt.. For lunch I had french onion soup. I'm mad at myself for eating to much today..... well, I'll do better tomorrow Judy

Judy, don't fret about the eating, we all have those days!!! that's why i started the protein train to reel myself back in. Girl, now you know star beauty is my friend!!!! We are gonna have to do a meet and greet in our neck of the woods. dee

Hey Dee, I'm a day behind. My previous post is actually my menu for today. I just put it all on fitday. It came out to 850 calories, but 46 carbs! I went way over the carbs. Only one thing put me over on the carbs. That little banana was 26 carbs all by itself! Otherwise I would have had exactly 20 carbs today. I eat a banana about once a week in my shake for potassium. I had no idea that a small banana had 26 carbs. Man o man. Time to cut out the banana. Have a great day! Candy 266/198/1?? -68
