Oh yes Ron, we are looking good and we are feeling healthier. Such a dramatic improvement since December. Each day I am thankful for this journey. We made a very drastic choice for ourselves to have this surgery. This decision is not an easy way out for weight loss. We changed our inside plumming forever. I for one feel extremely fortunate that since surgery my journey has gone very smoothly with little problems. The weight loss has been easy, you follow the rules, learn from stupid mistakes, melt from your head to your toes, change yourself. I have gone without my cane for 2 days now. My legs feel stronger and my knees don't "KILL" with each step I take. Thankful I am. Glad to know all of us here. This support network is fabulous. So Hurrah for us all. I am glad I know you Ron. I am proud of you too Ron! I have to agree that you are a great cheerleader! And a great role model too... I know I for one feel better than I have in years... I've been over 300 lbs for approximately 12 years or so... I can't wait to get myself under that 300 mark and I am getting soooo close now...
