Protein challenge!!! All Aboard!!!
Ok, y'all it's time to buckle down and drop some pounds. Especially if anyone is on a plateau like me.
All aboard the protein train, ok guys and gals here's the deal.
We get in all of our protein and only take in 20 gms of carbs or less. This is hard I know. But we must do what we must.
all in favor say "I"
dee
Ps.... we also have to try to get in all our water, vitamins, and exercise.
I'm trying to shrink these thighs, I don't know about you all!
Hey Dee!
I'm hopping on board! I've been a little lax about my eating lately. I'm going to the beach and Walt-Disney World the last week of June, and I've got to get toned up. I bought a two piece tankini. My daughter said it looks fine now - but I want it to look good! Tee Hee! My thighs could also use some serious work.
Hugs,
Candy

Dee, love your new pictures you very pretty women.
I can't jump on board this challenge. My nutritionist states that I must have at least 100 grms of carbs a day. She says that to insure that my weight loss is safe for now and in the future, this is what we require. I was only taking in 20-40 grms a day at the beginning of this journey in December and January. When she read my intake journal she and the nurse practitioner both jumped on me. They really laid out the problems that too few carbs can cause, especially malnutrion issues beyond the malabsorption we will have due to the gastirc bypass surgery and our new internal plumbing.
So I will boost my protein intake and my water intake and my exercise, but I won't lower my carbs. Good luck to us all. We are doing wonderfully. I am so thankful to be on this journey and to be sharing it with the women and men from the December crew.
