What R Y'all doing for exercise
I'm doing a combination of as-seen-on-tv programs. I need the gimics!!!
I am doing power 90 w/ resistance bands, yogabootyballet, windsor pilates and tae bo bootcamp.
My favorite is Power 90 strength training it goes so fast it's over before you are ready to give in. I like taebo and yogabootyballet for their cardio segments.
So what r y'all doing for excercise.

I am very good about spending two hours a day in the gym on the weekends. Light weight for toning and walking/jogging on the treadmill. During the week I can't get my butt out of bed to go in the morning and as a single parent there is no way I can go in the evening with homework, dinner, and baths to get done. I just bought a couple of pilates tapes and walk away the pounds dvd's. I'm going to try to get up and do those for at least 30 minutes in the morning since I can't seem to get to the gym.

Hey Dee,
I'm the same way that you are and I can get bored very quickly. So I've found that I need to change things up every couple of days. I'm doing the Walk off the Pounds, step aerobics, pilates. I've got the Taebo and I should do them also, but I'm not sure what the Power 90 is, can you tell me about it and how much did it cost? I exercise 6 days a week for at least an hour each day.
