..... My weigh day is Friday... So as of Friday Start: 329 pounds Now: 245 pounds Loss: 84 pounds Jane

I only went down 3 pounds. That seems to be the avg for me right now. I am now down 68 pounds. I am grateful for any loss! Its slowed up so much. It seemed like it just poured off in the beggining. Maybe next week I will be out of the 60's start - 292 now 224 loss 68 Angelique
