Thats it Im going nuts!
Well well well well, You all have seen my posts complaining about no weightloss and water weight gain and so on and so on. Well Ive had it! I dont know what the heck is going on but Im so I am up 3lbs and cant shake it! I upped water and nothing, I upped exercise and nothing, I dont know what to do but Im going I would not be so worried except that I have this mini goal of weighing 234 by June because my hubby is coming home for leave and I want to be there by then. Any suggestions here is an example of my menu:
7 am 1 cup carb countdown and 1 cup FF milk
9am Go to gym 1hour (total) on treadmil and elliptical
36 oz water
10am 2 string cheese
11am 16 oz propel
12pm 1-2 oz of jerky and 1 oz chedder
1pm 16 oz propel
2pm 1-2 oz of jerky or lunch meat
4pm 24 oz water
6pm 3 oz steak or porkchop 1 cup green beans
7pm 16oz propel or water
8pm 3 apple slices and 2 tblsp peanutbutter
10pm 4-6 oz water
Its usually about like this. On fitday my cals are 1000-1200
fats are 30-50
carbs are 30-60
protein 100-120
So this is about what Ive been doing all along and it was working great! But now nothing what do you think i should up? or Down? to get it moving again

It sounds like your eating *VERY* well.. and right on task. Have you ever tried Liquid Protein Suppliments?
I say that because, even the protein that I am eating, which is good stuff... that when I take a protein suppliment (whey protein drink*) for the FULL amount of what my surgeon says... for me 80 grams a day protein... plus eat on the plan given me by my surgeon... I do lose weight steady.
The few times when due to finances or getting to the store I have been without (twice .. since surgery) I have stopped losing and gained a pound or two.
Just a thought. I use Advant Edge whey protein.. chocolate (it comes in chocolate strawberry and vanilla) .. purple lable... you can get it in pharmacy area of Walmart. I have lost 100+ and I am losing more slowly now... but still steady.
Each serving is worth 20 grams, I make 4 servings in a quart bottle.. and use skim nonfat milk... and sip it during the day.
The four things my surgeon said will make you lose are
Protein FIRST
Exercise
Vitamins
keeping water in... hydrated.

You can eat steak and pork chops? I'm jelous I can't touch pork at all.
Maybe your worrying to much?? Sit back relax and let the pounds melt or cut down on so much. I'm not saying your eating to much but maybe your body feels you are. I don't eat hardly at all and when I do it's one small meal and I nibble. Might take a mouthful and tha'ts it!! Try different things.

Your eating great - congrats. I don't know if it's true or not, but I have heard a lot of people say that they gained weight when drinking propel. I cut it out of my diet and have been drinking more water and I've had an easier time of it. I also heard on the radio that propel has a lot more sugar in it that it says. Because one bottle is several servings they can get away with it by putting 0 per serving.

I agree with everyone, you're doing great! Far better than myself. I too like Propel. At one point it was my sole source of water. But I've since been buying the Crystal Light powder that you add to your bottled water. (Well, the Wal-Mart brand) And the flavor is so good, I can get down 70-80 ounces of actual water. Which a miracle for me. I'm surprised you can eat steak. I was told to avoid it for at least 6 months. I take my hat off to you!
Maybe you can try to break up your exercising into twice a day. Morning and evening if possible. That way your body can exert itself a little harder in the evening. Just a suggestion.

I avoid Propel and drink jus****er or Crystal Light. Other than that, my routine is very similar to yours. The loss is slow; 1-3 pounds per week, but it is pretty consistent. I think the slower you lose, the less excess skin issues you will have. You just have to be patient. Keep with your routine and know that all of your goals will eventually be met.
