Ok now Im freakin out!
Well as you all know I have been posting worried about calorie, carb and fat intake. Well now I have gained 3lbs!!!! What is going on? I had my "visitor" last week but I would think that the water weight would be gone by now. Anyone else do this before? I have a mini goal to reach before hubby comes home on leave of 25 more pounds lost well now its 28lbs, by June 1

That happened to me this week also. I went from 201 to 204. I upped my water the last three days and this morning I was back to 201. I think if you don't stay on top of your water intake or eat more salty food that usual, this can happen. Hang in there - it comes off very easily if you just up your water.

Try and relax you are doing great. I know that there were a couple of times that my water gain from that time of the month lasted for a couple more days than I thought it would have. Make sure that you are getting in your protein and up your water, Water in Fat out. Also I've found that really exercising helps me also. Keep positve and you will make it Girl.
