SHRIMP???
Now your going to force me to eat shrimp for dinner tomorrow night to give you a count Ron
I'm down another pound
I also sent off by internet an application for a new job. Yes, it's time that this butterfly get out of her cocoon and fly . Six months ago I would have never had the nervous to even think of getting a new job. I'm going for a support Partner job and then maybe look into going back to nursing school.

Ron,
We had some shrimp ****tail and steak for dinner tonight! They were Colossal Shrimp, and I only ate two of them (but only because I wasn't very hungry).
Normally we get the Large or Extra Large, and I can eat about 10 of them without a problem. We make our own ****tail sauce (like it spicy hot!).
That being said, I don't think you are eating too many if that's what you were asking? Protein, protein, protein !!

Hi Ron...
I LOVE Shrimp, and can eat about 10-12 medium shrimp. I also make my own ****tail sauce too. (or cotton tail sauce as my 8 yr old calls it). I need to start looking for some low sugar/carb catsup to make it with in the future, but for now, the regular doesn't bother me any.

Ron,
When I got the WLS I was eating shrimps everyday. At first I could only eat about 5 to 7 medium shrimps. One month later I could eat 10 to maybe 12 at a time. They are a good source of protein, low in fat and taste very good. BU****CH THE CHOLESTEROL!
P.s. Now I am sooooo sick of shrimps I moved on to steamed snow crab. (Shrimps still taste good).
Your surgery buddy,
Annette
