4 months down
Good Morning to you all,
Well I've finally made it to the 4 month mark and this last month was kind of a challange for me. Lots of different emotions and just not sure what to do wtih it all.
Well as for my weightloss I'm down 68#'s and pretty happy about that. I've gone from a shirt size of 24 to a large and pants went from a 26 to 18 but not sure I"ll be in those to long. So I'm seeing lots of changes in everything.
I'm exercising 6 days a week for an hour each day, and can really feel a difference in the way that I feel, although I really wish my back pain would get better.
I've decided that my new motto is "Failure is not an option". Let's face it we have all done something very drastic to be able to finally lose our weight and as for myself I will not accept anything other than getting this weight off. So for me this means making exercise a priority and eating healthy a must. I strive everyday for 100 ounces or more of water every day and 90-100 grams of protein each day and also to get my vitamins in. We need to take care of ourselves, because what good would it do if we finally get the weight off and we are not healthy because we didn't take our vitamins or got in the water and protein that we needed.
So come on December crew lets get this going. I really would like to thank all of you for being so supportive of me in my journey, I love you all.
Hugs,
Loni
That is wonderful!!!!
I am 3.5 months out and down 61 pounds and from size 22 and 2x pants into size 14 and L pants. tops fron 18/20 to a Large
I'm just starting a consistent excercise regimen. Been doing regular protein drinks, (which I dislike, but do out of neccesity)
I just got the news from my doc that my labs are excellent.

Dee,
You are doing great!! Don't you just love the changes in your clothes sizes? This is awesome.
I'm also being very consistent with my exercise program, and protein. I've started drinking the Fruit Nectars which taste more like a juice and I'm getting it down everyday without any problems at all. I hate the milky based drinks, they just make me gag and be sick.
Congrats on your labs, I know that must be a peace of mind for you. I go in a couple of weeks to the dr. to get checked out.
So come on girl lets keep on going, we are going to win this race.
Love you,
Loni
