Protein question...
Hey everyone, I am getting more confused as the months fly by.... how much protein are we supposed to get in per day? I see that most of you take liquid or powder supplements, couldn't we use amino acid pills?? I am trying to find a PILL form protein of some sort. The powders are nasty, and I have tried tons, like most of you have. I am going to try the liquids next, but was wondering why we couldn't take amino acid in pill form. I don't have a good understanding of how amino acids and protein are different... any one have the "nutrition for dummies" version of why this wouldn't work?

I don't have the dummies book but I do have a good thing for you to try when you go to the RTD's (Ready to drink). Try the Vanilla Cream Carb Solutions. The words Carb Solutions are really small and in big letters is the word SHAKE. It is wonderful. I drink atleast half of one everyday. There is another brand called carb options. Don't drink that it is clumpy and nasty!! Make sure you drink the carb solutions cold. It is in the grocery store in the health food area.. Good luck!!
