Last monday 230 Today 227 total lost 65 pounds 3 pounds lost! Yippee! At least the scale is moving again!

Hello everyone, I haven't posted anything in awhile. My computer was down. Start weight: 298 Today's: 221 I can't believe that I could lose that much weight so quickly. I love this. My height is 5'11, so I am very satisified at my weight now. I am in a 16, from a 24. How wonderful!!!!!!!!
