Hi ANNETTE Well I actually just want to see my husband, he has been in Iraq and gone since July. So he has no idea really what woman he is goona come home too! lol He gates two weeks leave in either June or July and I cant wait! Jamie 334/260

My ex boyfriend who I will throw a new picture of myself in his face once I reach goal. He had the nerve to put me down for being over weight and he carried around an extra chin, belly, arms and legs himself so he had no room to talk but yet I busted my butt to drop the weight for him and he was still not happy with me. I'm still friends with a friend of his and I know she'll take the picture right to his house to show him The other person is my mother in-law who as seen me since I started losing the weight and she never commented on my weight loss and yet I was kind enough to let her in my house and help with my husband when he was sick. I'm still Donna even if I'm obese or thin and it's a shame that some people can't see it that way. Donna 338/235 -103

My husband is also in Iraq. we send pictures via email so he can see my progress so it won't be a total shock. He just left and won't be bac****il next year though. I would like to bump into my ex-husband just because the best revenge is living well and this guy deserves to see how great I am doing! Beth

I was very eager to show my family doctor the results of WLS. Trouble was, I just never got sick to go show him! Finally, realized I was way overdue for a mammogram and nurse said I had to have a breast exam first before they would prescribe it. So I went in and he was amazed! At that point I was down 70 pounds. He wanted to see my scars from the lap and impressed they could do so much through such little holes. He didn't disappoint me with enthusiasm over my progress. Note: If you haven't had a mammogram lately, get it scheduled! I'm getting to know way too many people with breast cancer. Barbara

Annette - wonderful post. I would love to see my dad. He would be so proud and happy for me. He past away two years ago of cancer, at age 54. He was always so concerned about my health because of my weight. I still miss him everyday. Candy 266/202/?

Great question! I agree with Candy. I would want to see my dad. He passed away from colon cancer 13 years ago. He was always my biggest cheerleader in my weight loss attempts. Of the living...my mom and brother. My mom was with me during the surgery, but left 2 days afterwards. My brother hasn't seen me since last summer, when I was at my heaviest. I have been sending pictures to both, but only from the waist up. They want me to come visit this summer. I almost would rather wait until I lose it all or maybe Christmas this year. I am at the same weight I was when I got married 9 years ago. I was at this weight when I lived at home. They know me very well at this weight. I'd rather have a bigger surprise later. We'll see! Besides family, I would love to go back to a high school reunion. I didn't go back to our 10 year, maybe I will the 20th. (3 more years). I would love to see my old neighbor, Tim, or all of the girls who made fun of me. If I do go home this summer, I will definitely go see my 2 college roommates. I look like I did in college again, maybe a little better. I got rid of my huge burgundy glasses. One thing I do know that I am going to do this summer is get another new pair of glasses with smaller lenses. My current ones look too big for my face. I am also going to change my hairstyle, perhaps even change the color, maybe go red. Kristin 410/306
