I hjave started to drink my protein shake about 1 hour before I go to bed. This way it can all get absorbed while I sleep, and my body is getting enough protein for sure..It works for me,,maybe it can work for you too...

I also do protein before I go to bed. I had heard that the best times to get your protein in were first thing in the morning, after exercise and before going to bed.

I always down one before bedtime too! What a coincidence! Maybe that's why my weight loss has been moving along so nicely!!

Ron, thats such good advice and makes alot of sense. But, I just can't swallow the stuff.
I wish I could find one that I'd like enough to get it down and keep it down... maybe eventually.

I can't go to sleep on a full stomach, it all comes back up. I don't drink protein drinks.
