Hey you people....wake up!!!!! .lol..lol.. just kidding, but really please try and post here a few times a week. We all have valuable info that we all need to hear. You can post, what you are eating, how you are exercising, a new gadget or aid that we can use (blender, exercise equipment,etc.). A new snack that you are able to tolerate. Or just say hi and tell us all how you are doing..This a valuable tool here on this website, and I thank god everyday that he has provided it to us all. So, let;s use it ok? Oh yea YOU ALL LOOK SOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL .....God bless ...Ron in Arizona

Oh Ron you are so good. I come here and visit daily. Some days I post and some days I just lurk, read, and enjoy. I have lost 70 pound and I am feeling good. I went shopping at WalMart and purchases clothes that fit me. I can not believe the prices there. I have to dress for work and since I have worn 30/32 sizes for sooo long, I shopped at the Avenue or Lane Bryant. I paid big bucks for my clothes so I am finding that a shirt can cost $8.88 and pants...cute good fitting slacks can cost $16 or less. I am floating. Finally found 2 bras that fit and some new panties. This is fun. I took 15 bags of old too BIG clothes to the Salvation Army store last week and I have filled 4 more bags today to bring. Today I cleaned my car. I vacumed it, cleaned it out, washed all the interior and then Armouralled it inside. The car looks wonderful. I could never have done this at 330 lbs, but at 260 I can. I worked up a sweat and I felt awesome. I also went to the bank, two stores and the grocery store later in the day. I have energy to do things. My checks hurt from smiling at myself all day. Hurrah for me. The weather here in Massachusetts was beautiful today and will continue to be sunny and hot for the next few days. I worked outside cleaning my car with a bathing dress on. Right now my DH is cooking dinner....grilled steaks, au gratin potatoes and fresh beans. Have a super Saturday night and enjoy your Sunday. Love ya all, Monica 330/260/??? 12/06/04 I am going to the East Coast NJ ObesityHelp convention. Three days meeting so many of my friends from the over fifty forum and from here. Hope more people can come on over.

You go girl! Your post sounds full of energy. That is great! I too feel that energy! I have been up for only 1 1/2 and already I've done a load of dishes, fed the cat, put away a load of laundry and did a 1/2 hr. of Richard Simmons tape. It is amazing what I can get done that I couldn't at 410. Shopping is fun isn't it. I haven't bought any clothes at Wal-mart, but had to buy new shoes there yesterday. I was able to buy a 10 regular rather than a 10 W or 11. I even painted my toenails to go with my new sandals, because I can bend to reach them now. Woo hoo! Kristin B. 410/304 12/06/04
