are you giving 100%?
I just wanted to ask everyone to ask themselves the next time they get mad or sad about their progress,"AM I GIVING IT 100%?" If you are only giving 40 or 50% to reaching your goal weight, then you can expect 40 or 50% results. Now everyone get out there and try to give 100%. I try and give my 100% everyday. I fall short sometimes when other peoples' priorities come before mine. However, I am getting better at saying NO, when I need to put myself first. This is something very new for me.
I eat no white foods, no sugar, no carbonated beverages. I take my supplements everyday and I try to maintain an exercise routine 6 days a week. I know some days I forget to count my water intake and I believe I come close, without counting, but it is not a good habit. I need to track everything and I shouldn't allow myself to slack off from doing that.
Thanks for the gentle reminder. I will try harder, to achieve the 100% everyday.

Hey Ron ,
I am giving it 110% over here!! I am faithfully taking my multi-vitamins, getting in more than 64 oz. of fluids, and reaching my goal of 75g of protein each day (sometimes more!). I exercise 3x-5x week at Curves; however, my membership expires in a few weeks but I'm looking to hire a personal trainer!
Now, let me ask you, do I have to come down to AZ with my digital camera or what!! WE WANT NEW PHOTOS!!!!
