You really should try giving www.fitday.com a chance. It is a great tool for tracking your daily intake, at least until you become familiar with what your food routine should look like. It allows you to select your daily intake from its large food database, in the appropriate quantities and then it provides you with the carb / fat / protein breakdown. I think you could really benefit from giving it a try.

Jamie, I agree with Karen. FitDay.com is wonderful, free, easy to use and helps me keep on track. Here is a sample day for me. Breakfast: 8oz Hoods Simply Smart skim milk mixed with 1 scoop Jay Robb's whey protein powder. 10:00 1 boiled egg or an Atkins morning start bar. Lunch: small serving Wendy's chili and side ceasars salad, or lean cusine meal, or 6-8 large shrimp, subway wrap with seafood or tuna or turkey; applesauce or strawberries, melon. Snack at about 3:00, handful of cashews, soy nuts, kozy shack sf rice or tapioca pudding, sf jello. Dinner:whatever my DH plans, last night we had breakfast for dinner. I had 1 strip of well cooked bacon (first time I could eat bacon without it being bolted out of my pouch. haven't tried it since January), a small biscuit, sf strawberry jelly, 3-4 tablespoons of scrambled eggs and 2 tablespoons of potatoes. Delicious! I had a sf jello at 9:30. I drank 78 oz of water and had my 4 Optifast vitamins. I eat slowly and sip sip sip water all day. My skin is very good, the moisturizers I am using are helping my usually dry dry skin and so is all the water I drink. In fact I just began using the new Jergens moisturizer that gives your skin a tan glow. I love this new stuff and it does what it says it does. My skin has a nice tan glow to it. This new product is less expensive and easy to use, glides on and does not streak. So I am looking like I spent a few days in the carribean, when I haven't shucks.
Continued good luck to you Jamie. You are doing very well. My nutritionist really insists that I eat b/w 900-1100 calories a day. This plan should help ward off anemia and help establish good, healthy food routines.
