NEW SIZE!!!!!

I went shopping today for the first time since I had my surgery.WOW I had to try on differant sizes until I found the right size.I had previously wore a size34,today I bought a 24!!! I was so excited I nearly cried at the cash register! I am down 84#s since the surgery! My goal is to lose 16 more pounds before May 9th when I return to the doctor for my 4 month check-up! It would be great to be at the 100# mark by then! I hope everyone is doing well and God bless all of my December friends! Melinda

You can do it! I was in the same boat. I was a size 34, now 24/26. I celebrated my 4 month on April 6th. I hit a plateau 2 weeks prior to that day, but on the 6th I got on the scale and I was down exactly 100 pounds. I nearly did a back flip off of the scale. Keep up the good work! And keep us posted!
