Prayer.... changes everything!

I am back, yeah it is me. I was so out done by gaining a few pounds, and figured out 'it was my time of the month', and the less you eat, the less you loose. Well, today I am back! I have lost 10 pounds, and did it the right way! I am back on track, and I am in my 20/22, and feel comfortable in my 24's. I love me, and won't abuse the 'system' again. There is so much to be greatful for, and even when things are not going as planned, I think about how God took me off that operating table, and gave me my life back. People and situations around me sometimes are not in my favor, and the devil is busy, but GOD IS IN THE DRIVER SEAT OF ALL OUR LIVES, and I thank Him, and His Son Jesus, for the precious gift of the Holy Spirit. I know that WLS is only a tool, and had to pray about that. I am just grateful for the 'tool' and will never abuse it! I wanted to share this with you, and hope that we all can 'chine in'. When I think about the Pope, (God rest his soul), I think of the millions of followers he had, and wonder... if they put God first. I hope so, because I have learned that when we put God in front of all we do, it all turns out so much better. I love Jesus. I love what I have gone thourgh, and pray that He will continue working in my Life. I know WE have put God first, because laying on that 'operating table', was not an easy step, without prayer. We all had to pray, believe, have faith, and proceed. This is why I thank God for OH, my friends, well wishers and all the importance placed on WLS, because it has definately made me aware of who I am... what I can be, and WHAT GOD WANTS ME TO BE! Me! God bless each of you reading this, even now. Not to be preaching, or seem like a 'holy roller', but sometimes we have to STOP, ACKNOWLEDGE & GIVE THANS when it is due. You are absolutely right PRAYER changes things.I know this for certain,because when I read how down and discouraged you were last week,I have been praying for you! I'm so happy you are doing better.I read your profile and looked at your 3 month photo and you look awesome! Vera, You preach it girl!!! I always tell people you need to take time to just thank God. You dont have to wait until something bad happens and you need him.Just get down on your knees and thank him, he will never forsake you. I also prayed very hard for you too..And look at you now..lol..lol another of many answered prayers..So everyone just take time to thank god,,dont wait do it right now and see how you feel instantly..God bless you all....ron in arizona...88 degrees here today..
