I need some weight loss help
I had wls on 12/27. Thus far I have lost 52 pounds, however eight were prior to surgery. I'm exercising regularly, but am having a hard time getting in the protein and the liquids each day. This must be slowing down the weight loss significantly judging by what I see others reporting. Does anyone have any suggestions for helping me increase my rate of loss? Does not eating enough slow down weight loss?

YES...DEF. YES!
Your body will go into starvation mode and keep the fat that you have. Trust me, As a person that is STILL having trouble getting my 64oz. I have to "CLOCK" myself. It's the only way. Seems silly, but I think once we are further out... it will get easier.
What I do is I have (6) 10oz. bottles of crystal lite.
In the morning when I rise, I'll have one bottle. When I exercise I'll have another bottle. When I finish exercising I'll have my protein drink. Take shower then another bottle and vitamins. On my way to work..another bottle. By the time I get to work...i've already had 40oz (not including my protein shake) Trust me, MY LIFE is HECTIC. and at work, I have my cell phone on (SECRETLY) on vibrate and my alarm tells me to take another 10oz. to drink. I'll forget if i don't have my reminder.
It takes time, but increase your foods. Try eating more protein rich foods than crackers, or other evil carbs. Hey if protein drinks help, do them. I know there are doctors who say they only want patients gettn protein from food.. we'll they are IDIOTS (In my opinion)
How the heck do they plan for us to eat 80 grams of protein if we can't fit that much food in our pouches?? I tell ya! lol...
Anywho, drinking lots of fluids helps your body tremendously.
Also, remember the scale might not be going down, but if you faithfully exercise, your inches should be melting off.
I'm proof, I exercise faithfully and my legs and arms are looking GREAT! Not "TOO FLABBY" lol...
Okay..I wrote you a novel Enjoy! and your doing great.....
