Hello my fellow sixer. Things are great! So many wow moments can't list them all. Today I had to go to hubbie's work today and when he came home he told me " When you came in to my work today you looked so hot!!!" I just smiled for an hour afterwards knowing that my hubbie thinks i'm hot. Well i guess it has been 17 weeks for us right? It seems like yesterday for me. Time is flying by. I hope you have a great week. I just sent new pictures to OH photo helpers so hopefully in a couple of weeks. Good night be back tomorrow night. Going to bed. Kelly 415/309 -106

I'm a 7 Er but it is close enough. I feel so much better than 67 pounds ago - I joined curves about 2months ago - I love it but because of tax season have been a little busy (full time working and part time tax business) - but the wow moments are awesome...and hubby is soooo happy with my changes....be blessed everyone...

Hello Bon Bon, love you picture. I am also doing so well. I continue to rejoice in my progress and our collective progress. I can eat most everything. I fill up fast and I finally feel that I am learning when my pouch has had enough. I enjoy my protein drinks, my cheese sticks, my nuts, sf puddings, etc. I surround myself with good food choices and never feel deprived. I had my first diet coke on Saturday at a family wedding. It tasted wonderful. Just a small glass. I admitt to all that I have not been diligent in my exercise and realize that this does inhibit my weight loss. I am walking and moving better with the 62 pounds gone. My breathing is so improved. I got rid of 15 bags of old too big clothes and that felt wonderful. Again I must say that I am thankful daily for this journey. Life is so improved and just keeps getting better. Hurrah for all of us December 2004 members Monica 12/06/04 330/268/???

Well, I'm a 7 so I figured I would chime in. I feel AWSEOME since I've lost the 70 pounds. I honestly feel as if I have been given a new lease on life. It was so funny last week, I was meeting my cousin downtown and he walked right pass me. After I called his name he turned and said, I didn't even know that was you. Oh what a feeling. I took my children to the carnival this year and my son and I BOTH were able to fit on the rides. It was incredible. I tried to get onto everything. This was a first. I'm also now able to use the regular stall in the restrooms. Yippie!! I have just experienced soooo many first, actually to many to name. I owe it all to you know who and my surgeon.

It is hard to believe 4 months have passed. I recently hit a plateau that was driving me nuts. However I stepped up my exercise (rotating between walking a mile, Richard Simmons tape, and my stationary bike). On our anniversary, April 6th, I stepped on my scale and was down exactly 100 pounds. I nearly did a back flip off of it. : clap : Needless to say I told the world, except I forgot to post here. I feel great. I am eating almost everything, except my dietician told me recently that I would never be allowed to have salads, beans or nuts. Are any of you eating those things? If so, how is it going? I have a friend who got blocked after eating pizza with peppers. She was in the hospital for 10 days. Apparently it was very painful. This is my biggest fear. 20 more pounds and I will be back where I was when I met my husband. Maybe I will try on my wedding dress again. I bet it fits now. Keep up the good work! Lets stay in touch!
