WOW Moment
I usually weigh myself once a week.....I started this because I was driving myself
But today I felt really weird....so I stepped on the scale and I almost died.....I thought I was reading it wrong so I called hubby in to verify. I LOST 77 LBS!!!
Why is this a wow moment? I just took my 2 yr old German Sheperd to the vet the other day and she weighs 77 lbs. I lost my Emme! And I am three lbs away from losing 2 huge bags of dog food.
I still see fat me though but it is amazing when you think about the lbs in solid form/shape what you have lost.... it is
Just thought I would share
