Hey December Board, I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend and that you were all blessed. We had a great day, it was also my daughters 3rd birthday. Ok I was just wondering what you all are doing for exercise during this time? I was doing the treadmill and for some reason it was really hurting my incision, I felt like I was being ripped open not a good feeling. So I've stopped doing that and now I've started doing step aerobics and I'm not having any problem with it at all. It feels so good to be back doing this kind of exercise. I'm also doing some floor work on strengthening. So lets hear it. Love to you all, Loni

Hi Loni! I love the treadmill - but also go to the local college and walk their track. Today a friend and I went and we did a 2.5 mile walk on the track pushing strollers! lol WHAT A WALK! I go to the gym 4 days a week and I do the treadmill, Stairmaster, stationary bike, and weight machines... as well as a cycling class, water aerobics, and yoga. As fun exercise... I go roller skating with the kids. Kathy 242/190/120 (tonight is weighin... hope the scale moves!)

I do an hour on the Nordic Track (AKA torture chamber) M-F before going to work. I also weight train 3 days a week for 45 minutes each time. To get a little variety in on the weekend, I either walk or swim for an hour. One of the days of the weekend is my day of rest. I just get too pooped if I exercise 7 days a week. Angie 302/238
