How do you make the cheese crisps you mentioned? I would love to try it. I'm so bored with eating the same few foods all the time!

I WAS BORED AND DID THEM. I READ SOMEWHERE IN A MAGAZINE IN MY SURGEONS OFFICE...AND SAW THAT PEOPLE DO CRACKERS WITH CHEESE IN AN OVEN FOR APPETIZERS SO I THOUGHT..WE'LL MINUS THE CRACKERS AND SEE WHAT I GET. I DO KNOW OTHERS ON HERE THAT SAY THEY ARE GOOD. GET A NON-STICK PAN.. GET A SMALL BLOCK OF CHEESE I USE MOZARELLA CHEESE OR CHEDDAR. CUT A SMALL PIECE NOT TOO THICK BUT NOT THIN EITHER AND PUT IT ON A PAN (USE PAM AND LIGHTLY SPRAY THE PAN) PUT IN OVEN FOR 350 DEGREES AND WATCH!!!!!! THEM... THEY BURN EASILY. ONCE YOU SEE THEM CRISPING UP.. VIOLA... YOU GOT CHEESE CRISPS.. USUALLY I DICE TOMATO AND ONION AND SQUEEZE SOME LEMON.. AND ADD THAT ON TOP OF MY CHEESE CRISP. THAT FILLS UP MY SNACK TIME.. YOU CAN ALSO USE GRATED CHEESE AND IT'LL LOOK LIKE HASHBROWNS... GOOD LUCK GRACIE
