You won't believe this... but...
I'm eating just about what you are!
Skim milk, munster cheese, chili... there's not too many foods that
are agreeing with me lately. I don't know if it's just a phase my body is going thru or what.. but this is what I eat every day. My taste buds are still funny and lots of things don't appeal to me .. just yet.

Hi Ron! I'm still not able to eat much of a variety either! I try small
portions of meat(fish chicken turkey) and I'm sick for hours,sometimes
days.I am sooooo tired of mashed potatoes and yogurt! I have been
eating the pintos&cheese from Taco Bell,but I'm tired of that as well!!
I can't eat meat,anything with milk or anything with sugar!! I am not complaining.I have lost75#s now,but I kind of miss pizza! Have a Happy

Do you get the dumping real bad with sugars? Sadly I can eat some sugar without any ill effects but if I eat to much I'll feel real warm and light headed. OH MY!! I had a mouthful from my son milk shake and thought I was going to fall a sleep going home. Then had cramps and the runs.
I have not tried milk yet.

I'm just so out of ideas. My problem is, when I find something that I can tolerate well, I over do it. I eat it every day till I'm sick to death of it.
These are my mainstays, but, I'm so burned out on this:
String cheese
Sliced American cheese
Yogurt
Oatmeal
Muesli with milk for breakfast
Scrambled egg
Boiled egg (or lite egg salad)
Turkey or beef jerky
Canned asparagus
Steamed broccoli
Chili (from Wendys grrrr)
Pintos and cheese (from Taco Bell)
S/F jello
S/F popsicles
S/F Philly swirls
So yes! What are the rest of you doing for variety???? Help us!
Well, I can eat just about anything, as long as I chew it well, and stay away from hi fat stuff and high sugar. I do limit my amounts, but the only thing I have had any problems with is beef tips. Even though I feel like I have chewed it to a pulp, It gets stuck regardless. If I eat something with a little more sugars than I should have, I get really sleepy. Thats my dumping....

Cheese crisps (Cut cheese and bake in oven)
Eggs (boiled)
Lemon Pepper Fish Fillets (Van Kamps)
Mozzarella cheese sticks
Chicken tenderloins (cut in small cubes with salt/pepper)
Broccoli
Zuchinni (SP?)
Cambell's Carb control (CHEESE broccoli and chicken soup) YUM 3 net carb
Beans (not refried)
Lentils
Chiles Rellenos
Chicken strips baken in oven with melted cheese
Guacamole
Cheese (melted) with strips of hot serrano peppers YUM
ALong with the above that you have eaten....
Man I could go on.
Notice a trend with chicken??.. I can't eat red meat or pork...for 6 months!!!!!!!!
