My first goal was to get below 200! Made it 10 pounds ago... my next goal is to get to 175 -- 15 pounds to that mini goal.

Hey Jamie,
I think it sounds like your doing great! My first goal was to lose 50#. I met that goal over a month ago, and haven't moved since. My second goal is to get below 200 by my birthday, April 8th. I've been stuck at 211 for a very very long time so I don't know if I will make it or not. Keep up the good work.

Good for you, I know it's hard work. I have lost 70 pounds and started at 301. I walk about 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours a day, which is no small thing when I work full-time and away from home 12 hours a day. Anyway, I just set 5 pound goals for myself. That seems to work best for me. Good luck and keep up the good work.
