This last week I have lost 7 pounds!!! Started at 305, currently 229, wanna be 165. -76 pounds since 12/14! Laura

I weighed in at 272#s this morning! I was 348 before surgery on 12-15 So my total loss is 76#'s too! Sounds like everyone is doing great!! Keep it up! Melinda (Kaye)
