Hey all, Just wanted to say hello and see what made you happy this week?! I went to the Chiropractor this week after my teenage daughters and I were rear ended at the toll booth off the Mass Pike! As it turns out, I turned out to be in better condition than my girls!! Go figure! We will be fine! The nurse needed to take my vital signs, weight loss -61 pounds (excellent) then she came over with the blood pressure cuff, I said "o you need to use a large cuff on me, that wont fit" she looked at me funny and said lets give it a try with this one! Guess what, it not only fit, my BP was 112/71!!! (excellent) I almost started to cry over the darm fact that the cuff fit! Simple things really make you feel good these days! Want you to know even tho I don't post that often, I'm thinking of you and gain so much inspiration and admiration from you all! Keep up the great work! Hope you are well Bon Bon! and Monica, your new pic is awesome, you look younger too! (((hugs))) Colleen I'd love to put a picture on one of these days, but I'm a computer dummy!!!

Colleen; Isn't it great that the things most people take for granted, We find amazing? The other day I had an ingrown toe nail and for the first time in a long long time I was able to cut it out, when I am able to tie my shoes without coming up for air 4 times, I think it is just amazing. So enjoy all your new found things and I think your loss and BP stats deserve a have a wonderful day. Your loser Friend, James

Colleen sorry to hear about your accident. Life is so unpredicatable and when you get rear ended, you really get caught off guard. Glad to know that you will all be fine. Wow a smaller BP cuff is a nice gift. I have needed a large cuff for many years and always have had to remind professional to use a large cuff. I will appreciate a small cuff when that day comes. I still am in awe when I step on a scale and it does not read 330lbs. Seeing 270 makes my cheeks hurt from smiling. Daily, I am amazed that this journey is going so well. Thankful I am! Do you have a digital camera or a recent picture you could post. The people on this site who input pictures are remarkable and are so helpful. Give it a try. Do not put yourself down and no more dummy talk. Take care and remember to be good to you. Monica
