I need shake ideas.please!!
Matrix Vanilla Protein Powder with fresh cut strawberries, ice cubes and blend.
Plain Non-Fat yogurt with fresh cut strawberries and a few tiny slices of banannas (carbs so limit it) and put two ice cubes, 1/4 cup of 2% milk (sorry I hate that fat free milk..YUK) and bzzzzzz blend!
Crystal Light Orange Sunrise, plain yogurt and fresh strawberries and ice cubes and blend....
Plain Yogurt, mango and kiwi (strawberries too**** cubes and blend.
Um, I play with my food alot LOL... I have tons more, but I can't think of them right now.
Oh and for a snack... i ate Two slices of green pepper with half tsp of JIF-Simply JIF peanut butter...YUM.

Great idea Ron, I love my Jay Robb's Whey protein powders. I use the vanilla and the chocolate. I did not love the strawberry, oh well. I discovered that if I mix 4oz of Hood's Simply Smart skim milk with 4 oz of Tropicana lite OJ and 1 scoop of Robb's vanilla powder I get a super shake. It tastes like a creamsicle ice cream bar or shake. Very good and very good for you. I also mix the chocolate with the Hoods milk for a delicious shake. I have one or the other each morning to start my day with a good boost of protein at least 34 grms.

Take a can of Crushed Pineapple in its own juice and use as much of the can as possible and spread it out in a old fashioned ice cube tray and freeze.
*1 Scoop Vanilla Unjury.com Protein Powder
2 Frozen Pineapple Cubes (see the recipe above.)
4 Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
4-8 Frozen Blueberries
12 oz Skim Milk
*Powder blends better if put in blender first.
Bzzzz for about 2 minutes. Put in a 16 oz glass and enjoy.

Hi. I've been using the Any whey protein powder and it's fine as long as it's really cold and you use the blender. I put in 1c of 1% milk, some Splenda (probably need to invest in the company that makes this stuff), some crushed ice and then flavoring: (25 g protein)
Nestle Sugar Free Quick and 1T of peanut butter - 29 g protein
Sugar Free Fat Free International Coffee- Swiss Mocha & dash cinnamon
Frozen Cherries (skip the ice) and vanilla extract
Frozen Mango chunks and Coconut Flavoring - one of the Bariatric website has a bunch of different flavorings
