I had something I wanted to share with you that you may or may not have tried. Yesterday I went to Sam's and I bought some smoked salmon they had in the frozen food case. They are pre packaged in 4 oz pieces and have 41 grams of protien. Anyway I took and covered it good with Mrs. Dash for grilling and put it on both sides also I sprinkled it with texas pete hot sauce and wostershire then I put some Lowerys lowcarb BBQ sauce. wrapped it in foil and baked it in the oven @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Boy was it good especially if you are into spicy food. I hope you try this and like it as much as I did. Let me hear from you guys. Share some of your receipts with me.

P.S. I also got some Mahi-Mahi and I am going to try it tonight. I will let you know about it.
I'm not a big salmon eater, but that does sound good. I might have to try it. I have been living on shrimp and crab legs lately. Although the other night I did have some blackened catfish which was really yummy. I also sauteed some scallops with a little butter, lemon and garlic. They were really good too. I can't wait for the summer and all the fresh seafood.

WOW SURE SOUNDS GOOD... I EAT A LOT OF SEAFOOD I LOVE IT... AND I REALLY LOVE SALMON.... I JUST PAN SAUTE IT DON'T EVEN NEED SPRAY... BECAUSE OF THE OIL IN FISH.. I BUT A LITTLE SPICE ON IT TOO... AND YUMMY IT IS....
I BY PRE CLEANED SHRIMP... AND JUST GRAB A FEW AT A TIME OUT OF FREEZE AND LET THEM DEFROST... I USE A LITTLE ****TAIL SAUCE AND YUMMM WHAT A TREAT...
